Please note:
– There are stairs to access different areas of the home. True to the unique character and charm of a heritage terrace house in Surry Hills, stairs to from ground floor to bedrooms may feel a little steeper than your average home. This house is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
– There is air conditioning on ground floor (living/dining room) however there no air-conditioning on top floor (bedrooms). The bedrooms have built-in ceiling fans. Please make a request for portable air conditioner unit if required during your stay.
– There are no free-to-air TV. There is Chromecast available and you will need your own Netflix, Disney + or other accounts to stream to TV.
– Please note that 2nd bedroom is partitioned with a wall and door however there is no wall above the door frame. It is built this way as to allow access to the attic. The 2 bedrooms are directly opposite each other. If you or your guests require absolute privacy, are light sleepers and cannot tolerate noise with your neighbouring bedroom/travellers, this house may not be suitable for you.
