This two bedroom, one bathroom has water views and is in a great location in Balmain. The ferry wharf is just 100 metres away with regular services to Darling Harbour and Circular Quay, alternatively there are buses running on a regular basis to the city CBD.
There is no air-conditioning in this apartment, however being so close to the water means it has lovely sea breezes to enjoy and there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and if needed a stand up fan for the lounge/dining area.
